We lost our beloved dog Tippy who was almost 17 years old on February 12, 2021. We adopted her from the Houston Sheltie Sanctuary at the age of 1 year. Tippy was a high energy dog and loved to play with her Sheltie sister, Sarah. Most recently, she would go out in the yard when we went out to play with my son’s 55 lb rescue dog. Tippy would stand by us and prance on her feeble legs wanting to join in on playtime but unable to run and fetch. Tippy was the Queen of the Castle, the Alpha Dog and the best dog ever!! We will always have a special place in our hearts for our dear, sweet Tippy.
